Lindsay Lohan Probation Revolked

Lindsay Lohan’s probation has been revoked! The oh so troubled actress now faces up to 245 days in jail. It would seem that no matter what happens Lilo just can’t get her life together. Once again the train wreck starlet finds herself in some serious trouble. Commissioner Jane Godfrey revoked Lohan’s probation as she faces new charges of lying to police as well as driving recklessly. If you recall back in June the Liz & Dick star crashed her Porsche while on the way to the Lifetime movie set. Because of that crash her freedom is now at jeopardy because she could very well spend about eight months in the slammer. For those of you thinking it would be good to see Lindsay back behind bars, don’t get your hopes up. TMZ reports that Godfrey isn’t big on jail time, so it is unlikely that Lilo will actually get sent to the slammer. A hearing to decide the consequences of the probation being revoked has been scheduled for?Jan. 15, 2013. At that time it will be decided if she in fact did violate the terms of her probation.
