honey mustard salad dressing | Spark Business Consulting

honey mustard salad dressingI don?t know about you,? but I?m sick of having 5 bottles of half-used salad dressing in my refrigerator.? Half of them go bad.? And they?re not cheap!? So I?ve started making my own dressings.? I can make just enough for that day and not have to worry about storage.? And to be honest,? they taste a lot better!? Not to mention the lack of preservatives and chemicals.? All around a great choice!

I found this great recipe for Honey Mustard dressing on foodnetwork.com by one of my favorites,? Alton Brown.

Honey Mustard Dressing

Recipe courtesy Alton Brown

Prep Time: 5 min
Serves: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons medium body honey (sourwood is nice)
  • 3 tablespoons smooth Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.? Serve as a dressing or a dip.

Could this be any easier?

Yes, this has nothing to do with bookkeeping,? but I happen to know that lots of my clients like to cook or at least want to learn.? So give?this recipe?a try.? Let me know what you think.
