GADSDEN, Ala. ? Police rescued more than 100 animals from a Gadsden home on Tuesday.? The animals included dogs, cats, birds and chickens.
A number of other animals were dead, including 28 birds.? Police got a tip about a bad smell coming from the home in east Gadsden.
More than 100 birds were found alive, plus 19 dogs, five cats and some chickens, too.
The animals were taken to a local humane society.? So far, no one has been charged.
