Are you still fighting for your fitness and fast diets? Then have a look

Its still in my memory, early morning last winter I saw Abraham,
my very old neighbor jugging along the road, really I felt petty to him, that's why I opened my car window and I offered him a left, but he shacked his skinny head asking me to leave him .
I am not exaggerating, but really I was shocked for his high determination!

It helps to find out why you want to lose weight?
So, ask yourself: Am I ready to do this?
Is my motivation coming from within?
Can I deal with occasional setbacks or lack of progress?
Can I focus on weight loss fully?
Be sure you're committed to losing weight for yourself - not because somebody is pushing you to do so.
After that, take things slowly, and you must be on the road to weight loss in very short time.

Now, another question could rise in your mind:
Should I move to Surgery?
Well, if you are more than 100 pounds overweight, you may want to meet your doctor and ask him this question.
Your doctor will be able to answer whether or not surgery is a good idea or not.
