Job Description :	Our client is seeking an Account Manager who will work with the Inside and Channel sales organisations to identify opportunities to implement leasing solutions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for implementing on-line leasing tools and educating the sales force to use this as a standard offering with sales proposals. Training the inside sales and channel sales force in the basics of using finance to accelerate revenue for the business and how to overcome customer objections. Supporting quarterly programs to assist sales in refreshing inventory and swapping out competitor equipment. Responsible for supporting the inside sales and channel sales organization in all aspects of financial selling in their assigned territory. Responsible for the development and delivery of commercial presentations and proposals to customers and the regular participation in sales calls. Responsible for the maintenance and development of funding relationships with selected local third party Lessors and Channel Partners. Responsible for carrying a quota for lease origination, competitive swaps and returns. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Must be fluent in Swedish, Finnish or Danish would be desirable also. Minimum 3 years? experience of selling Lease based Financial solutions. Sense of urgency and strong work ethic. Results driven. Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables. Excellent IT skills. Problem solving skills. Highly developed Interpersonal and Presentation skills. Financial and analytical experience. Proven results in previous roles.
